4. All items reserved are based on 1st come 1st serve basis with full payment done.

6. Please be informed that Pre-Order items only will be shipped out once I received the stocks from my supplier.

Hope you will understand and be patient because sometimes stocks will delayed due to late shipment or some factory issue.

Of course, we also will send out to you ASAP if we got the stocks from supplier in advance from original ETA :)
